Задачи
•Drive the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles, focusing on quality of hire and efficient delivery
•Build and maintain talent pipelines through active sourcing and networking within the international market
•Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand business needs and provide market insights
•Ensure a professional and engaging candidate experience from the first touchpoint to onboarding
•Maintain accurate records in the ATS and handle operational tasks related to the hiring flow
•Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment workflows and employer branding initiatives
Требования
•4+ Years of experience in full-cycle recruitment
•Sourcing skills and familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar platforms
•Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
•Proficiency in English and Russian
•Experience in executive search
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills
•Result-oriented approach with a focus on candidate and stakeholder satisfaction
•Nice to have: experience or strong interest in the iGaming industry
