Позитив Вью is hiring for an IT recruitment team focused on full-cycle hiring and candidate support.
What you will do
•Manage the full recruitment cycle for IT vacancies.
•Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, databases, and other channels.
•Screen CVs, conduct initial HR interviews, and assess candidates against requirements.
•Present suitable candidates to hiring managers or clients and coordinate them through the hiring process.
•Provide feedback, support offer management, and maintain candidate communication.
•Update candidate data and recruitment activity in the CRM while monitoring IT recruitment trends.
Requirements
•At least 3 months of hands-on sourcing or recruitment experience.
•Experience with the full recruitment cycle.
•English at B2 level or higher.
•Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies.
•Experience with LinkedIn, job boards, and Boolean search.
•Strong communication, interviewing, research, organisational, and attention-to-detail skills.
