Refund policy
Last updated: September 7, 2026
The short version. You only ever pay for emails that were delivered. Whatever part of a top-up you have not spent is refundable in full for 30 days, no questions asked. Bounced emails are credited back automatically. Welcome credits are not refundable.
How billing works
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Dodo Payments. Dodo Payments is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: it collects payment, issues receipts and returns money to the original payment method.
You top up a prepaid balance through Dodo Payments in one-time purchases or, while auto top-up is on, in automatic charges of the set amount whenever the balance drops below your threshold; there is no subscription and nothing renews. Each delivered email is deducted from the balance at the price shown on our pricing page at the time of sending; nothing else is charged. An email that bounces is credited back automatically.
Unspent balance
The unspent part of any top-up is refundable in full for 30 days after the purchase, no questions asked. After 30 days, refunds are at our discretion — write to us and we will look at your request. Refunds cover only the balance you bought.
How to request a refund
- Email [email protected] from the address on your account, or use the link in your Dodo Payments receipt.
- Dodo Payments returns the money to the original payment method, usually within a few business days. The unspent part is taken off your balance at the same time.
Spent balance
Delivered emails are a service already rendered and are not refundable. If we charged you for an email that should not have been sent, tell us and we will credit it back.
Welcome and promotional credits
Credits we grant for free have no cash value, cannot be refunded or exchanged and may expire.
Consumers in the EU, EEA and UK
You have a statutory 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase. Because the balance can be used immediately, by sending emails you ask us to begin the service within the withdrawal period and acknowledge that the part you have spent is not refundable; the unspent part is covered by the 30-day rule above.
Abuse
We may decline a refund where we or Dodo Payments see fraud, chargeback abuse, repeated refund patterns or multiple accounts created to claim credits again.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits the rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the country where you live. Questions: [email protected], or Dodo Payments through the link in your receipt or the customer portal on the Billing page.
