Описание: My clients is a fast-growing B2B iGaming company building premium slot games and game platforms for global partners.
Задачи:
•Support end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles
•Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, databases, referrals, and other channels
•Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate interviews
•Build and maintain candidate pipelines
•Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
•Prepare candidate profiles and recruitment reports for hiring managers
•Support offer and onboarding processes
•Maintain accurate recruitment records and assist with talent market research
•Work closely with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process
Требования:
•1–2 Years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or HR
•Hands-on experience with candidate sourcing and screening
•Fluent in English and Russian, both written and spoken
•Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
•Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple vacancies
•Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment
•Nice to have: Experience recruiting for IT, Technology, Gaming, or iGaming
