Responsibilities:
•Develop and implement recruitment strategies tailored to fintech industry needs
•Manage and optimize candidate sourcing channels to build a diverse, qualified talent pool
•Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' suitability for specific roles
•Build and maintain client relationships, understand hiring needs, and provide tailored recruitment solutions
•Lead job offer negotiations between clients and candidates to support successful placements
•Analyze recruitment metrics and trends to improve recruitment processes and outcomes
Requirements:
•Proven track record of successful placements in the fintech sector
•Experience with recruitment tools and platforms
•Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously in a remote setting
•Deep understanding of fintech industry trends and talent needs
•Native-level Russian and professional working proficiency in English (C1)
•Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and time-management skills
•Adaptability to remote work, proactive problem-solving, responsibility, ownership, curiosity, willingness to learn, resilience, self-motivation, attention to detail, and a positive, collaborative mindset
•Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality and handle a high-volume workload
