Responsibilities
•Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure a seamless interview process
•Lead end-to-end recruitment, including job posting, proactive candidate sourcing, interviews, and offers
•Build candidate talent pools through proactive sourcing, job boards, employee referrals, social media, and employer branding campaigns
•Guide hiring managers and interviewers on interview techniques and candidate evaluation
•Track and report hiring metrics while providing a positive candidate and hiring manager experience
•Contribute to talent acquisition process improvement projects
•Stay informed about recruitment best practices and tools to improve the candidate experience
Requirements
•Previous experience as a Sourcer, Recruiter, or Talent Acquisition Specialist focused on tech roles
•Proficiency in candidate sourcing using LinkedIn and other recruitment tools
•Strong candidate engagement and relationship-building skills
•Good understanding of assessment tools and interview evaluation techniques
•Excellent English communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams and levels
•Proactive mindset and eagerness to learn and grow in talent acquisition
