B3 Consulting Poland

Talent acquisition specialist in IT

In short

IT recruiter role running full-cycle recruitment for a Scandinavian consulting group operating from Warsaw, covering sourcing, interviews, offers and employer branding. Requires 2–3 years of recruitment experience, comfort with AI tools, and English at B2 level; prior IT industry exposure is a plus. Hybrid work from the Warsaw office is required at least 2–3 days a week (3 days initially).

About the role
We are part of the Scandinavian B3 Consulting Group. We operate from Warsaw, but with a broad perspective. We combine well-organized processes with real room to act. Our vision is a world of technology where people come first, along with responsibility for the outcome. We are looking for someone who asks "how can we do it?" instead of "why can't it be done?" Someone positive, open and full of energy, who enjoys a fast pace and does not give up until the goal is achieved. You do not need a long history in IT. If you are curious about the world, learn quickly and are ready for shared adventures, we want to meet you.
Responsibilities
•Run IT recruitment end to end: from meeting the client and analyzing their needs, through sourcing and interviews, to the offer, negotiations and signed contract.
•Work closely with the business and clients, in a collaborative and pragmatic way.
•Build a talent pipeline and long-term relationships, rather than just searching for someone "yesterday."
•Get involved in employer branding and improving our processes.
Requirements
•You have a few years of recruitment experience (2–3).
•You focus on results: completed processes, time and quality.
•You are comfortable using AI tools.
•You look for solutions, not obstacles.
•You are positive, open and persistent, because you always see your goal through.
•You feel comfortable in a changing environment and do not need to be guided at every step (you can always count on the team's support).
•You enjoy interacting with people and know that a good conversation should lead to a decision.
•You can say "stop" or "that won't work" when necessary.
•You know English at a minimum B2 level.
Nice to have: Experience in the IT industry (at least some exposure) is welcome. However, it is not more important than your energy and what you can actually deliver.
Conditions
•Real influence and independence, because we trust people who deliver.
•A fast pace, but a healthy approach: results do not come at the expense of people.
•Open communication and clear expectations.
•A team that works toward the same goal.
•A variety of IT projects, with no boredom or "copy and paste."
•Work-life balance based on trust, not control, as well as sports initiatives (including triathlon challenges).
•Benefits tailored to your needs, team events and shared initiatives.
•Hybrid work means being ready to work from the Warsaw office at least 2–3 days a week (3 days are expected at the beginning) — this is a required condition.
