Задачи
•Partner with hiring managers and studio leads, advising on best practices and recruitment strategies
•Deliver an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience, supporting effective hiring and onboarding
•Maintain data in the Applicant Tracking System, Requisition Tracker, LinkedIn Projects, and Job Briefing records
•Support recruitment across creative, technical, operational, commercial, and marketing departments
•Implement processes that connect candidates, hiring managers, and HR teams to enable quick and collaborative hiring
•Engage directly with talent, use the employer value proposition and employer brand, and minimise agency spend
•Research competitors, map external talent, and benchmark to support competitive offers
•Create and update talent maps for hard-to-hire, technical, strategic, and operational disciplines
•Identify ways to improve workflows and systems, and develop ideas and solutions
•Support projects that add business value, including employer brand strategy, external events, systems, tools, technology transformations, and improvements to data and analytics
Требования
•At least 3 years of Talent Acquisition experience
•Strong familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, and other standard Talent Acquisition practices
•Experience hiring for technical and hard-to-fill roles
•Fluent spoken and written English and Russian
•Adapt communication style for different audiences
•Manage stakeholders and provide consistent, clear updates
•Confidently participate in video calls with stakeholders and candidates
•Able to tell a compelling story and represent the company
•Genuine desire to build strong relationships across the business
•Trustworthy and credible, with the ability to build supportive relationships
•Curious mindset and ability to ask insightful questions to understand people
•Good judgement and ability to make objective decisions based on business needs and gathered insights
•Organised and methodical, with a structured approach to work
•Proactive in identifying tasks, improvements, potential problems, and solutions
•Comfortable working independently on confidential projects when needed
•Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
•Quick to learn and apply new information effectively
•Strong interest in multiple business areas
•Genuine interest in mobile games and awareness of industry trends
