Qida

Talent acquisition specialist in healthcare

In short

This role manages end-to-end recruitment for both corporate (Tech, Product, Finance, Marketing) and operational positions at Qida, a high-growth health and social care start-up in Barcelona. It requires 2-4 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, direct sourcing skills (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter), and comfort with data, ATS and AI tools. The role is hybrid (3 days office, 2 days remote) with a permanent full-time contract.

About the Role
Are you looking for a project where you can truly grow and make an impact with what you do? We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent team. Founded in 2018, Qida is a high-growth private social start-up with a clear mission: to make the health and social care system sustainable. We do this by helping more people live longer and with a better quality of life at home (Triple M), reducing avoidable hospitalizations and promoting more preventive, coordinated, humane and patient-centered care.
Responsibilities
•Attract the best talent, within the timelines the business needs, and help us increase the company's talent density.
•Manage end-to-end recruitment processes autonomously for both corporate positions (Tech, Product, Finance, Marketing, etc.) and operational positions, providing support wherever the business needs it: from defining the profile with the Hiring Manager through to the offer and closing.
•Support Hiring Managers throughout the process: understand their needs, advise them on the market and profiles, and help them make the final decision.
•Combine sourcing strategies: direct search (LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks) for more specialized profiles, and job boards, multiposting and other channels for higher-volume processes.
•Ensure an excellent candidate experience at every stage of the process.
•Help optimize our recruitment processes: structured interviews, common evaluation criteria and integration of AI tools (sourcing, screening, candidate management).
•Track your key metrics (time to hire, quality of hire, funnel conversion) and report them regularly to the Talent team.
Requirements
•You are a good person.
•You have a degree in Psychology, Labor Relations, Human Resources, Business Administration or a similar field.
•Between 2 and 4 years of experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
•Experience recruiting corporate profiles and, valued, experience with high-volume processes or operational profiles.
•You know how to do direct sourcing (Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter) and attract passive candidates.
•You are comfortable working with data and metrics, ATSs and AI tools.
Nice to Have
•It is valued if you have worked for at least 1 year at a recruitment consultancy or in headhunting.
Conditions and Benefits
•Good people: humble, free from internal politics, who treat others with respect and genuinely care about them.
•Good talent: maximum talent density: high agency (motivation, ownership, intensity) + high intrinsics (fast learning and skills that meet our bar).
•High growth: we invest in feedback, training and clear, motivating career paths. We are looking for people who are driven to learn, not to stay where they are.
•A high-intensity, changing environment: a fast pace, higher expectations in corporate teams and leadership roles, with long working days and flexibility. We expect everyone to adapt and drive change. It is not for everyone.
•Impact and purpose: we work on something that matters and gives meaning: improving the health and social care system, and the lives of older people, their families and those who care for them.
•We care for one another: we are there for each other. We promote healthy habits, connection, transparency and active listening.
•Competitive financial conditions: terms aligned with the market and instruments that align us with the company's success. We do not want to attract people with financial terms or lose talent because of them.
•Permanent full-time contract in a growing sector.
•Hybrid working: 3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely.
•23 vacation days + a day off on your birthday.
•Benefits and flexible compensation: access to benefits (discounts) on health insurance with Adeslas and access to Payflow.
•Qida Connect: activities at the offices to connect with one another (sports classes, activities, breakfasts, Pizza Day, after-work events, etc.), QidaDay once a year and QidaParties!
