Responsibilities
•You will source and hunt for commercial talent on LinkedIn and across our various channels, building personalized and creative approaches.
•You will make calls: this is the heart of the role.
•You will multiply discovery calls to qualify candidates, understand their motivations, and convey the desire to be part of the Skello adventure.
•You will manage the candidate pipeline from start to finish: from the first contact to scheduling interviews with managers.
•You will ensure an impeccable, responsive, and human candidate experience throughout the process.
•You will contribute to employer branding in the Spanish market (content, events, creative ideas).
•You will track your indicators (call volume, response rate, conversion) and propose optimizations.
Requirements
•Native Spanish speaker (essential for the market).
•Good level of English (the team's working language).
•Genuine interest in recruiting and eagerness to build a solid first experience in Talent Acquisition.
•Comfortable with oral and phone communication, and enjoy contact and talent hunting.
•A mandatory internship agreement that allows you to complete a 6-month internship in Spain.
•Energy, curiosity, and team spirit: for us, they matter as much as everything else.
Nice to have
•Speaking Italian and/or French is valued.
