We are looking for a Talent Recruiter to support the attraction and selection of talent from the IT, Telecommunications and Engineering sectors.
Responsibilities
•Identify, attract and manage the pipeline of highly qualified talent, focusing on strategic and specialized positions.
•Work closely with Business Managers, ensuring a clear understanding of recruitment needs.
Requirements
•Experience in Recruitment, preferably in corporate or consulting environments.
•Skills in talent attraction strategies and recruitment tools.
•Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
•Knowledge of recruitment best practices and labor market trends.
•Results-oriented.
•Proactivity and autonomy in managing roles.
Experience levels:
•Associate Talent Recruiter - up to 2 years of experience
•Talent Recruiter - between 2 and 4 years of experience
•Senior Talent Recruiter - between 5 and 8 years of experience
Conditions
•Associate Talent Recruiter - €1,200 + meal allowance + business bonuses and benefits currently in effect
•Talent Recruiter - €1,350 - €1,450 + meal allowance + business bonuses and benefits currently in effect
•Senior Talent Recruiter - €1,650 - €2,000 + meal allowance + business bonuses and benefits currently in effect
