Requirements
•Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
•Minimum 1 year of experience recruiting IT profiles (software development, data, engineering, etc.).
•Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools.
•Experience in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
•Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
•Proactive and team-oriented with a passion for delivering results.
•Fluency in English (mandatory).
•Flexibility to work onsite 2 times a week at our Carnaxide office (mandatory).
