Talent acquisition in clean tech

In short

Working Student (intern) role in Talent Acquisition at a CleanTech company in Berlin, supporting recruiting reporting, analytics, candidate communication, and the working student pool. The company is one of Germany's largest CleanTech firms, working within its TA team. Requires ongoing studies, analytical/structured work with data and Excel/Google Sheets, and German (C1) plus English (B2) communication skills. Pay starts at 15 euros per hour, onsite in Berlin with flexible mobile office options.

About the Role
We are looking for you as a Working Student in Talent Acquisition (m/f/d) to make an important contribution to climate neutrality together with us at thermondo. With your interest in renewable energy and your identification with our values—our word counts, better every day, and stronger together—you will create real added value for all of us.
Tasks
•Reporting & Talent Analytics: You create and maintain meaningful recruiting reports (funnel, sources, screening, hires) and conduct ad hoc analyses. In doing so, you ensure high data quality, flag inconsistencies early, and derive initial recommendations for action for the TA team.
•After onboarding, independently manage the working student pool: segment suitable profiles, reactivate them, and coordinate next steps with the TA team.
•Support job advertisements and candidate communications for our target groups, from skilled trades to tech, and coordinate content with hiring managers and the TA team.
•Actively support your TA colleagues throughout the entire recruiting process—from applying the four-eyes principle and pre-onboarding to ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.
Requirements
•Ongoing studies, ideally in business or social sciences, psychology, human resources, business informatics, data/analytics, marketing, or a comparable field.
•Analytical, structured work with numbers, data, and recurring analyses, as well as confident use of Excel or Google Sheets.
•We will teach you how to assess candidates objectively against predefined criteria—it is important to us that you take a careful and unbiased approach.
•Clear written and verbal communication with candidates and internal stakeholders in German (C1) and English (B2).
•Reliable documentation, confident handling of personal data, and a good sense of confidentiality.
Nice to Have
•Professional experience is not required. Initial practical exposure to recruiting, HR, analytics, research, or customer contact is a nice plus, but not a must.
•Experience with Personio or another ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, or Looker is a plus.
Conditions
•Your performance deserves recognition, so you will earn from 15 euros per hour with us.*
•A meaningful job with a clear vision and the rare opportunity to actively shape the work of one of Germany's largest CleanTech companies.
•A company culture that brings people together across society—regardless of gender, origin, age, or background.
•A modern office in the heart of Berlin-Kreuzberg with a roof terrace, where dogs are also welcome.
•Work flexibly from a mobile office and spend at least one day in the office.
•Monthly company events such as Lunch & Learn and Drinks & Action.
•Develop your skills! Regular training and further education opportunities through our own Learning & Development team or external coaches.
•Corporate Benefits: employee discounts at over 100 partner companies.
