About the Role
Skello is the AI-powered HR management solution for frontline teams. Our mission is to improve their day-to-day. We are looking for a freelance Talent Hunter for a two-month assignment, with the possibility of extension, focused on recruiting sales profiles for the Spanish market. You will work closely with Agathe (Head of People Spain) and Rosa (TA Specialist Spain).
Responsibilities
•You will source and hunt for sales talent on LinkedIn and across our various channels, crafting personalised and creative approaches.
•You will make calls: this is the heart of the role. You will conduct numerous discovery calls to qualify candidates, understand their motivations and convey the excitement of joining the Skello adventure.
•You will manage the candidate pipeline from beginning to end: from the first contact to scheduling interviews with managers.
•You will ensure an impeccable, responsive and human candidate experience throughout the process.
•You will track the results of the assignment (call volume, response rate, conversion) and propose optimisations.
Requirements
•Self-employed and registered in Spain (or able to do so before the start of the assignment), with monthly invoicing.
•Available to start in September / October, with an estimated commitment of 30–40 hours/week.
•Native Spanish speaker (essential for the market).
•Good level of English (the team's working language).
•Recruiting experience.
•Comfortable with verbal communication and phone calls, and enjoy connecting with people and talent hunting.
•Energy, curiosity and team spirit: we value these just as much as everything else.
Nice to Have
•Italian and/or French is considered a plus.
