Задачи
•Configure IT system monitoring software
•Monitor the working capacity of active network equipment, network infrastructure, IT systems, and servers
•Monitor communication services provided by suppliers
•Handle IT Service Desk tickets and incoming calls during non-working hours
Требования
•University degree in engineering
•At least 1 year of relevant work experience
•Basic knowledge of networks and protocols such as DNS, HTTP(S), LDAP, SMTP, and SNMP
•Knowledge of Windows Server 2012 or later
•Knowledge of web-related software
•Advanced skills in using Windows systems
•Fluency in Armenian and Russian; good knowledge of English
•Ability to work under pressure, pay attention to detail, and respond quickly to changing circumstances
•Ability to make quick and independent decisions
•Team player with commitment to work and a strong sense of responsibility
Nice to have: Knowledge of Zabbix, Grafana, Prometheus, Datadoghq, Jira (Confluence, Kanban), and scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
