About the Role
You will automate and operate trading-platform infrastructure, provide production support, monitor system health, resolve incidents, and participate in on-call rotations. You will improve deployment speed and latency, maintain security controls, manage service requests and issue priorities, and build monitoring, reporting, and release-automation capabilities.

Responsibilities
•Build and manage systems, infrastructure, and applications through automation
•Improve platform reliability, scalability, security, efficiency, and latency
•Provide operational support for internal platform users
•Practice incident response and blameless postmortems
•Participate in an on-call rotation and serve as an escalation contact
•Implement infrastructure security practices
•Monitor and resolve system-health and performance issues
•Manage user queries, service requests, and production incidents
•Manage trading-support initiatives including monitoring, reporting, and release automation
