Verisure provides security services and operates across 18 countries in Europe and LATAM. It is developing a centralized Group ERP Center of Excellence to support its operations.
Responsibilities
•Support ticket management, analysis, and resolution within the ERP support model, coordinating workflows between first-level functional support and second-level technical support
•Monitor ERP processes and distribute project CoE administrative reports
•Provide Oracle ERP Cloud functional expertise to support best practices, changes, updates, and releases
•Analyze gaps with key stakeholders and process owners
•Support integration enhancements between Oracle ERP Cloud and legacy systems
•Conduct functional training and provide business process documentation to stakeholders, validators, and end users based on approved Blueprints
•Configure ERP Cloud SCM and Procurement modules, and design custom dashboards and BI reports
Requirements
•Technical or university degree, preferably in Business Administration/Management, Supply Chain Management, Information Management, IT, Engineering, or a related field
•Fluent written and spoken English
•Able to thrive in a fast-paced international environment
•Interested in working with and learning about different IT systems
•Highly motivated, with strong analytical skills and eagerness to learn
•Customer- and solution-oriented mindset
•Proactive and eager to learn and grow with the team
