What you will do
•Support the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to maintaining communication throughout the hiring process.
•Search for candidates through LinkedIn, HeadHunter, X-Ray search, and other platforms, including international markets.
•Conduct initial resume screenings and organize candidate meetings and interviews.
•Maintain the candidate database and update information in the Applicant Tracking System.
•Assist with job descriptions, job board and social media postings, job offers, and document requests.
•Support employee adaptation, development, training, and assessment activities.
Requirements
•At least 1 year of experience in a similar recruitment position.
•Experience with sourcing in international markets.
•Strong verbal and written communication skills.
•Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, a proactive approach, and the ability to adapt quickly to change.
•English at B2 level or higher.
