DRENIX BUSINESS is a growing company operating in the U.S. trucking and logistics industry. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Recruiter to manage the recruitment of office employees across multiple departments.
Задачи
•Recruit office staff for Dispatch, Accounting, Safety, Fleet, HR, ELD, IT, and other departments.
•Publish vacancies on hh.uz and other recruitment platforms.
•Source, screen, and evaluate qualified candidates.
•Conduct phone interviews.
•Assess candidates' English proficiency and professional skills.
•Prepare recruitment reports.
Требования
•Minimum 1 year of experience in Recruitment (mandatory).
•English proficiency at B2 level or higher preferred.
•Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
•Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
•Experience using hh.uz and other recruitment platforms.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
•Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
•Responsible, proactive, and results-oriented.
Будет плюсом: Experience in the logistics industry is an advantage.
