What you will do
•Launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram using Meta Ads.
•Develop targeting and retargeting strategies to generate qualified leads.
•Optimize advertising budgets and reduce cost per lead.
•Conduct A/B testing of creatives, audiences, and campaign strategies.
•Track campaign performance using CTR, CPC, CPM, CPL, and ROI metrics.
•Collaborate with designers and marketing colleagues, research competitors, and prepare regular performance reports.
Requirements
•Minimum 1 year of experience in targeted advertising.
•Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Business Suite.
•Proven experience with lead generation campaigns.
•Understanding of Meta Pixel, conversion tracking, and analytics.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage advertising budgets independently.
•A portfolio with successful advertising results is required.
