Описание: DRENIX BUSINESS is looking for a skilled and results-driven Targetologist (Paid Ads Specialist) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns focused on the US market, generating qualified leads, and improving marketing performance.
Задачи:
•Launch and manage advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram (Meta Ads).
•Develop effective targeting and retargeting strategies.
•Generate high-quality leads through paid advertising.
•Optimize advertising budgets and reduce cost per lead (CPL).
•Conduct A/B testing of creatives, audiences, and advertising strategies.
•Track and analyze campaign performance (CTR, CPC, CPM, CPL, ROI).
•Collaborate with designers and marketing team members.
•Research competitors and identify growth opportunities.
•Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
Требования:
•Minimum 1 year of experience in targeted advertising.
•Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Business Suite.
•Proven experience in lead generation campaigns.
•Understanding of Meta Pixel, conversion tracking, and analytics.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Ability to manage advertising budgets independently.
•Portfolio with successful advertising results is required.
