What you will do
•Source and attract qualified truck driver candidates for US trucking clients.
•Conduct initial candidate screening and qualification.
•Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and ongoing candidate communication.
•Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment records across multiple vacancies.
•Support internal hiring and collaborate with hiring managers and the operations team.
Requirements
•1–3 years of experience in trucking industry recruiting.
•Experience sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals.
•Strong communication and organizational skills.
•Ability to work independently and manage multiple vacancies.
•English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
•Applicants must be based in Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, or Kyrgyzstan.
