Responsibilities
•Own full-cycle recruitment, primarily for IT-related roles
•Bring new expertise and perspectives to the team and help expand its knowledge
•Contribute to team projects and initiatives beyond day-to-day recruitment work
Requirements
•4+ years of recruitment experience in tech or product companies with international hiring
•Experience managing the full recruitment cycle
•Experience working in a fast-paced environment with frequently changing priorities and the ability to adapt
•Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
•Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
•A good sense of humor and a positive attitude
•Ability to work independently and manage scope of work
•A structured, proactive, and data-driven approach to recruitment
•Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
•Ability to assess candidates' fit with the company and its culture
•Fluent English, both written and spoken
•Curiosity, empathy, and a genuine interest in people
Nice to have
•Experience recruiting for AI/ML, Data, or other AI-related roles, and a good understanding of the current AI talent market and the skills and profiles in this space
