Responsibilities
•Modernise and secure IT services
•Embed security by default into IT services while working closely with the Security team
•Take a lead role in consolidating IT services across the group's three major entities
•Improve efficiency and deliver a better user experience by applying AI automation to relevant business areas
Requirements
•5+ Years of experience managing on-premise and hybrid Microsoft Windows Active Directory domains, including domain creation, replication, trusts, and GPOs
•5+ Years of experience managing Microsoft 365, Copilot, Intune, and Entra ID
•Experience planning and leading at least one migration from on-premise Active Directory to M365/Azure, including GPO migration
•5+ Years of experience packaging applications and deploying them using Intune
•5+ Years of experience with PowerShell scripting
•Demonstrable experience designing, delivering, and promoting workplace modernisation
•Ability to work autonomously towards objectives
•Attention to detail
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills and very good command of English
•Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
