Build and lead a field sales team in Helsinki

The goal is to build a high-performing team, develop its skills, and help local entrepreneurs find payment solutions that fit their business.
Responsibilities
•Leading, coaching, and developing the field sales team
•Participating in customer meetings and sales work together with the team
•Achieving sales targets and being responsible for the team's results
•Identifying local market opportunities and developing sales strategy
•Building the team and supporting new salespeople in cooperation with recruitment and sales coaching
Requirements
•Previous experience leading a sales team
•Strong background in field sales and understanding of the daily realities of active new customer acquisition
•Ability to coach others and lead by example
•Ability to analyze sales results and make decisions based on them
•Works independently, enjoys being out in the field, and communicates fluently in English
