What you will do
•Develop and maintain policies, methodological materials, templates, guidelines, and process documentation.
•Document and formalize business processes using BPMN notation.
•Prepare technical specifications for the development team based on business requirements.
•Collaborate with developers to clarify specifications and participate in acceptance of delivered solutions.
•Work with the Project Management team across multiple projects.
Requirements
•3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Methodologist, or Technical Writer.
•Experience with Jira and Confluence.
•Experience with BPMN 2.0 and UML, including tools such as draw.io, Miro, Bizagi, Camunda, StormBPMN, or Business Studio.
•Understanding of business process modeling principles and familiarity with BPM CBOK and BPMN Method and Style.
•Strong analytical, structured-thinking, communication, prioritization, and stakeholder-management skills.

•Experience in consulting, IT, or fintech.
