Description
We are looking for a Junior Business Analyst to transform data into strategic information that facilitates business decision-making. The selected person will participate in analyzing results, preparing dashboards, monitoring KPIs, and evaluating campaigns, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
Responsibilities
•Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
•Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and Looker Studio.
•Extract, transform, and analyze data using SQL, BigQuery, and Excel.
•Define and monitor KPIs to track business performance.
•Analyze campaigns and evaluate their results against established objectives.
•Translate analysis results into actionable conclusions and recommendations.
•Gather business requirements and collaborate with different teams to identify needs.
•Identify opportunities to optimize processes through data analysis and automation.
•Use AI-assisted development tools to create prototypes and digital applications, integrating databases, backend, frontend, and APIs.
•Participate in Business Intelligence, digital transformation, and continuous improvement projects.
Requirements
•Between 1 and 3 years of experience in Business Analysis, Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, or similar positions.
•Knowledge of Power BI, Looker Studio, SQL, BigQuery, and Excel.
•Experience preparing dashboards and reports and monitoring KPIs.
•Knowledge of business analysis and campaign results evaluation.
•Analytical ability, critical thinking, and a problem-solving orientation.
•Ability to interpret data and communicate conclusions clearly.
•Interest in artificial intelligence, automation, and the development of digital solutions.
•Proactive and organized, with a desire to learn in a dynamic environment.
