Responsibilities
•Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
•Support the translation of business needs into functional specifications
•Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood
•Assist in process mapping, gap analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives
•Participate in project meetings, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions
•Create and maintain project documentation, reports, and user stories
•Support testing activities by validating requirements and expected outcomes
Requirements
•Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills
•Analytical mindset and attention to detail
•Ability to understand and document business requirements
•Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
•Team player with good organizational skills
•Basic understanding of Functional Analysis and software development processes
