Responsibilities
•Lead technical planning, coordination, and delivery of complex telecommunications projects across Design, Integration, Validation, and Acceptance phases
•Drive project execution from initiation to acceptance
•Plan project activities and define deliverables, timelines, milestones, and dependencies
•Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery
•Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
•Monitor project progress and report achievements, results, challenges, and next steps to stakeholders
•Manage customer-facing activities and maintain customer relationships
•Act as the main interface between project teams and R&D organizations
•Review and validate technical documentation, including HLD, LLD, SVS, Test Strategies, ATPs, and MOPs
•Coordinate testing, validation, acceptance, and integration activities
•Ensure technical quality standards, project governance, and delivery commitments are met
Requirements
•Proven experience in technical project management within Telecom software solutions, system development, or integration environments
•Strong understanding of application integration projects, particularly in complex, multi-domain ecosystems
•Knowledge of Unix/Linux operating systems and databases such as Aerospike, MariaDB, Oracle, and SQL
•Understanding of IP networking and telecom protocols, including Diameter, HTTP2, SIP, SOAP/XML, and SNMP
•Experience with cloud and virtualized environments, including VNF, CNF, VMware, OpenStack, CBIS, CBAM, NCS, and NCOM
•Familiarity with telecom network elements such as HSS/HLR, AUSF/UDM, EIR, SDL, One-MNP, and One-NDS
•Fluent English communication skills, written and spoken
