Responsibilities
•Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document business requirements
•Translate business needs into acceptance criteria and technical specifications for the development team
•Analyze, define, and document functional, non-functional, and integration system requirements
•Lead system configuration and data mapping efforts involving APIs, third-party platforms, and internal system integrations
•Support post-release validation and acceptance of features to ensure solutions meet stakeholder expectations
Requirements
•3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst
•Background in IT or software development
•Experience in product and marketing analytics
•Strong SQL skills for querying and analyzing data
•Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements
•Experience creating data flow diagrams (DFDs) and data architecture diagrams
•Familiarity with API documentation tools and a basic understanding of REST API concepts
•Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
•Excellent communication skills
•Spoken English at B2 level or higher
Nice to Have
•Hands-on experience with data warehouses such as ClickHouse, BigQuery, or Redshift
•Experience in FinTech, especially CFD trading
•Familiarity with AI analytics tools such as MCP servers and skills
•Experience with Python or JavaScript
