•Prepare detailed deliverables, including functional requirements, in line with industry best practices and agreed quality, processes, and timelines
•Represent the customer voice and provide a user perspective on feature value and objectives
•Deliver quality documentation, including customer journeys, use cases, activity diagrams, and technical diagrams
Требования
•3+ Years of experience working as a trained software Business Analyst
•Experience with various types of financial services
•Fluency with Atlassian products, including Jira and Confluence
•Strong BPMN, Use Case, and UML skills
•Strong communication and technical skills, with the ability to quickly understand technical issues and concepts
•Strong organizational and project management skills
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Fluent written and spoken English (C1)
•Nice to have: Experience in fintech project/product development
