Задачи
•Analyze and document business and technical requirements from various stakeholders
•Conduct business meetings and joint sessions on application and requirements development
•Review and systemize project documentation in terms of process selection
•Divide business requirements into parts, decompose them to a manageable level, and communicate them to the development team
•Create and maintain documentation on business and software requirements
•Help maintain the roadmap and conduct appropriate gap analysis
•Work closely with project teams and technical specialists to ensure successful project delivery
•Analyze risks and causes of errors in system development
Требования
•3+ Years of commercial experience as a Business Analyst
•1+ Year of experience as a System Analyst
•Experience developing software documentation
•Deep knowledge of requirements elicitation techniques and experience in requirements management
•Strong analytical skills to critically evaluate information from multiple sources
•Experience managing a backlog and decomposing and prioritizing tasks
•Ability to modify a chosen approach in response to changing stakeholders, conditions, circumstances, and feedback
•Experience modeling business processes using at least BPMN/UML
•Experience with Agile (Scrum) methodologies
•Knowledge of requirements management tools, including at least Jira and Confluence
•English at Intermediate+ level or above
•German at Intermediate+ level or above
Nice to have:
•Basic domain knowledge of Banks, Neo-Banks, Insurance, Payments, or Fintech in general
•International professional certificates such as PSPO or PSM
