Задачи:
•Translate business, customer, and regulatory needs into product requirements, user stories, and functional specifications
•Analyze customer feedback, user behavior, and product performance to identify opportunities for improvement
•Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, and Revenue teams to clarify requirements, define workflows and acceptance criteria, and maintain shared understanding throughout delivery
•Maintain product documentation, functional specifications, and release notes
•Support teams through demos, feature walkthroughs, and release communications
Требования:
•2+ Years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, Product Specialist, or in a similar role
•Experience defining product requirements, user stories, workflows, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation
•Understanding of APIs, SaaS concepts, and Scrum/Kanban environments
•Strong analytical and organisational skills, including identifying risks, dependencies, gaps, and trade-offs, prioritising needs, and working autonomously across several teams
•Clear communication skills and customer focus
•Fluent in English and Portuguese
Nice to have:
•Experience in banking, financial services, credit intermediation, brokerage, or consulting, especially in mortgage lending or regulated environments
•Experience with Confluence, Intercom, DevOps, or similar tools
•User interviews, surveys, or usability testing
