Responsibilities
•Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior-level stakeholders, serving as the primary contact for Data & AI engagements
•Lead presales activities, shape proposals, support opportunity qualification, and design engagements
•Drive account growth by identifying opportunities and securing long-term partnerships
•Guide engagements from planning through delivery, ensuring outcomes align with objectives and timelines
•Collaborate with technical experts to design data modernization, AI, and machine learning adoption strategies
•Promote best practices for data governance, analytics, and enterprise AI integration
•Manage risk, scope, and client expectations while steering multidisciplinary teams
•Support commercial negotiations by presenting proposals and defining engagement terms
•Represent EPAM in thought leadership forums, client advisory sessions, and industry events
•Monitor the evolving Data & AI landscape and position EPAM as a strategic partner
Requirements
•Proven experience managing client-facing Data & AI programs in consulting, professional services, or systems integration
•Track record of driving presales, including proposal development, solution scoping, and revenue conversion
•Ability to build executive-level credibility and navigate business and technical stakeholder conversations
•Strong working knowledge of Data & AI ecosystems, including cloud platforms, data architecture, governance, ML, and generative AI
•Hands-on experience with Databricks and ability to discuss data lakehouse patterns and AI product capabilities
•Familiarity with Databricks governance solutions such as Unity Catalog and enterprise-scale data security best practices
•Experience in engagement design, commercial framing, and enterprise project estimation
•Leadership skills to motivate, mentor, and coordinate cross-functional delivery teams
•Excellent communication and presentation skills for explaining complex technical concepts in business terms
•Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
