Description
The role develops learning experiences for clients in Portugal that bridge knowledge and skill gaps and support digital and IT transformation programs.
Responsibilities
•Lead needs analysis, define instructional approaches, write storyboards, and develop assessments to measure learning effectiveness, including for in-person workshops
•Create storyboards and instructional assets, select modalities, collaborate with multimedia developers on digital and visual learning materials, and develop assessments
•Communicate with customers, build relationships, present status reports, and help stakeholders choose effective learning solutions
•Apply responsible AI practices to learning development, contribute to prompt libraries and QA guidelines, and monitor industry trends for continuous process improvement
•Monitor industry trends, contribute to process improvements, assist with proposals, and support department-level initiatives
Requirements
•Three-plus years of experience as a Content Specialist or Learning Designer
•Two-plus years of hands-on experience developing content using authoring platforms such as Articulate Storyline, RISE, Captivate, or Evolve
•Strong portfolio demonstrating design decisions, assessment design, and process improvement
•English at C1 level
•Portuguese at C1 level
•Expert-level skills in storyboarding, assessment design, writing for instructional design, feedback review, peer review, and AI compliance
•Advanced knowledge of instructional design, learning solution consulting, stakeholder management, and content quality evaluation
•Strong project management abilities, an agile mindset, high resilience under pressure, and a track record of reliable, client-centered delivery
