Solenis, through the Diversey brand, is looking for a Technical Account Manager for the Industrial Solutions & Food & Beverage division, responsible for managing and developing the customer portfolio in Piemonte.
We are looking for a professional with solid experience in commercial management of industrial Food & Beverage customers and strong technical knowledge of hygiene and chemical solutions for the food industry.
This is not a traditional sales role: you will be a reference point for customers, combining technical skills, consulting, assistance and commercial development.
What you will do
•Manage and develop a consolidated portfolio of industrial customers in the Piemonte region.
•Build long-term relationships with customers, understanding their technical and commercial needs.
•Provide consulting and technical support directly at customers' plants.
•Monitor the application of Diversey solutions, verifying their effectiveness and identifying potential improvement opportunities.
•Manage technical assistance activities, equipment checks, operational verifications and problem resolution at customer sites.
•Identify new business opportunities, developing business within the existing portfolio and acquiring new customers.
•Collaborate with technical and commercial teams to ensure a high value-added service.
Who we are looking for
The ideal candidate has:
•Commercial and account management experience in the industrial Food & Beverage sector, preferably in companies specialized in industrial hygiene, professional detergency or chemical solutions for the food industry.
•Solid technical skills in the sector, with direct experience in assistance and management of industrial solutions at production plants.
•Technical or university education in chemistry, biology, food science or engineering, consistent with the role's requirements.
•Ability to autonomously manage a customer portfolio and develop new business opportunities.
•Excellent relational skills, customer orientation and problem-solving attitude.
•Availability for daily travel within the Piemonte region.
•Good knowledge of English, preferred.
•It is essential to have gained both technical and commercial experience in industrial Food & Beverage contexts.

How your work will be organized
This is an entirely field-based position: you will be daily at customers' sites, visiting industrial plants and autonomously managing activities in your geographic area. There is no traditional office role: we are looking for someone who loves direct contact with the customer and knows how to alternate technical and commercial skills throughout the working day.
