Talent Acquisition Officer

In short

This role manages the recruitment lifecycle for assigned vacancies—from sourcing and campaign delivery through shortlisting, interviews and pre-employment checks—for a Bradford-based social housing provider with around 1,000 employees and 22,000+ homes. It requires experience running recruitment campaigns, working with hiring managers, using an applicant tracking system, and sourcing candidates across digital platforms and outreach routes. The role is hybrid, requiring 2 days per week in the Bradford (BD17 7BN) office, and visa sponsorship is not available.

About the Role
We're recruiting an experienced Talent Acquisition Officer to join us on a permanent basis. You'll support the recruitment process from attraction through to onboarding handover, ensuring both candidate and hiring managers feel supported throughout and delivering an inclusive service.

Our purpose is to provide high quality homes, services, and support to our customers, so we've worked with colleagues and customers to find out what's important to them. Our customers sit at the heart of what we do, and our colleagues are the people who'll help us achieve our vision, which is to create the best customer experience to improve everyday lives.
