Responsibilities
•Talent Attraction: Learn to create appealing job ads and publish them on the right channels (LinkedIn, job portals, social media)
•Sourcing and Headhunting: Develop skills to find complex profiles and contact potential candidates creatively
•Screening and Interviews: Screen resumes and actively participate in selection interviews (by phone and video call)
•Process Management: Support relationships with candidates, ensuring they have an excellent experience and receive feedback at every stage
•Market Mapping: Understand labor market trends and identify new opportunities
Requirements
•Students of Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Management or similar fields
•Enjoy interacting with people and have good communication skills
•Accuracy and organization (essential for managing our database!)
•A proactive attitude and willingness to roll up your sleeves
Conditions
