You will join the Talent Acquisition team as an intern, supporting recruitment processes for technical profiles for national and international engineering projects.
Responsibilities
You will participate in the end-to-end management of applications, supporting the publication and promotion of job openings, as well as the search for, identification and evaluation of professional profiles. You will also help with resume screening and interview coordination, maintaining contact with candidates and following up on the various recruitment processes alongside the team. You will also support administrative management and reporting tasks, contributing to the achievement of the department's objectives and gaining an overview of talent attraction processes at an international company.
Requirements
•Students of Psychology, Labor Sciences, Labor Relations, Human Resources or related degrees.
•Ability to enter into an internship agreement with the university or educational institution.
•Minimum English level B2 (a language test will be administered).
•Interest in recruitment and talent management.
