Задачи
•Monitor the health and availability of company systems and services
•Provide technical support to employees with hardware and software issues
•Handle Service Desk requests end-to-end, including logging, analyzing, and resolving tickets
•Manage user accounts and access to email, domains, and internal services
•Administer the company's Atlassian Cloud stack, including Jira and Confluence projects, workflows, permissions, and automation rules
•Administer the company's server infrastructure and network equipment
•Set up and configure workstations for new employees
•Install and maintain standard software
Требования
•At least 2 years of experience as a system administrator or in a similar role
•Solid knowledge of Windows, Linux, and macOS administration
•Understanding of networking (TCP/IP), including local network configuration, routing, and VPN
•Experience administering Jira Cloud, including project configuration, workflows, permission schemes, and automation
•Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to find solutions independently
Nice to have:
•User and access management via Atlassian admin (SSO/SCIM)
•Monitoring systems such as Zabbix or Prometheus
•Docker and CI/CD tools
•Scripting with Bash, PowerShell, Python, or Go
•SQL (MySQL)
