Responsibilities
•Monitor IT infrastructure, servers, databases, network equipment, and data center engineering systems 24/7 on a rotating shift basis
•Process, log, and classify incidents
•Escalate incidents to relevant IT departments in accordance with regulations
•Monitor the status of servers, DBMS, network infrastructure, backup systems, and engineering systems
•Perform initial diagnostics and recovery actions in accordance with approved procedures
•Ensure SLA compliance and track incidents until resolution
•Analyze monitoring results and propose improvements to monitoring processes and policies
•Prepare reports on events and incidents
Requirements
•A bachelor's degree or technical vocational degree in IT, telecommunications, or a related field
•At least 6 months of work experience in IT
•Basic knowledge of networking technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S, routing, and switching
•Understanding of Windows/Linux, DBMS (PostgreSQL, Oracle, MS SQL), and server and network equipment
•Experience with monitoring systems (Zabbix, Grafana) and ITSM/ticket systems
•Attention to detail, analytical thinking, ability to work under pressure, and willingness to work rotating shifts
•Knowledge of Uzbek, Russian, and technical English
