We optimize Surfshark's website to bring in a steady flow of organic traffic across multiple search engines. Join us and you'll work at the intersection of tech, content, and localization — alongside on-site, off-page, and technical SEO specialists, content producers, copywriters, and web content specialists. Responsibilities
•Drive organic growth through on-site SEO, with a focus on localized markets
•Spot and act on new SEO opportunities from competitor analysis, search trends, and keyword research
•Improve existing content with a data-driven, user-first approach
•Run content production, coordinating with writers, localization managers, and WP designers
•Monitor, analyze, and report on how our SEO is performing
•Experiment with AI Search optimization and make it work for us
•Sharpen workflows through automation
•Watch global SEO trends and find smart ways to put them to use
Requirements
•Proven experience of driving organic growth through smart SEO strategy
•A solid grasp of SEO best practices
•Confidence with SEO and analytics tools like Ahrefs and Google Search Console
•An eye for content that's both easy to read and built to rank
•An analytical, data-driven way of making decisions
•A habit of tracking AI Search developments and testing what actually works
•Clear communication and a collaborative streak
•Familiarity with international SEO and multilingual websites
