•Run full recruitment cycles for technical and niche roles to meet client project needs
•Advise Hiring Managers and Staffing teams by understanding, qualifying, and prioritizing recruitment needs
•Source and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn sourcing tools, Boolean/X-Ray search, and strategic networking
•Manage multiple recruitment processes, maintain accurate ATS data, and report recruitment funnel progress and metrics
•Track technology trends, local IT market dynamics, and compensation benchmarks to advise stakeholders and optimize sourcing strategies
•Propose and implement TA process improvements and share knowledge with the team
•Ensure a high standard of candidate experience and support local employer branding through industry events, tech meetups, and job fairs
•Integrate AI and automation tools into sourcing and hiring workflows to accelerate outreach, analyze talent pools, and improve recruitment efficiency
Требования
•Minimum 3–4 years of recruitment experience in an agency or in-house
•Hands-on knowledge of direct search and sourcing methodologies, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, and alternative sourcing channels
•Strong understanding of the Polish IT market, SDLC, tech stacks, and technical roles within development teams
•Strong communication and negotiation skills, including relationship-building, stakeholder expectation management, and advocating for recommendations
•Ability to organize work and manage multiple complex processes in a fast-paced environment
•Collaborative and proactive mindset focused on shared TA team goals and continuous improvement
•English proficiency at B2 or higher, spoken and written
