Задачи
•Manage end-to-end recruitment projects from vacancy intake to successful placement
•Proactively source and headhunt candidates through LinkedIn, Boolean Search, professional networks, and market mapping
•Conduct structured interviews and assess candidates across different seniority levels
•Work directly with corporate clients to understand hiring needs and provide market insights
•Build and maintain talent pipelines across key sectors
•Manage multiple searches simultaneously while ensuring a high-quality candidate and client experience
Требования
•3+ Years of Recruitment / Talent Acquisition experience
•Proven recruitment experience within Banking, Finance, Investment, FinTech, or broader financial services
•Strong headhunting, direct sourcing, and candidate assessment skills
•Good understanding of the Armenian financial-sector talent market
•Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills
•Professional proficiency in Armenian, English, and Russian
