•Ensure an optimal candidate journey from selection and interviews through the offer stage
•Advise business stakeholders on talent acquisition strategy throughout the recruiting process
•Develop recruiting strategies for the assigned business
•Manage recruiting channels and plan recruiting activities for target groups
•Allocate and monitor the recruiting budget
•Track recruiting-related KPIs
•Contribute expertise to projects that optimize recruiting processes and systems
Требования
•Successfully completed university degree
•Experience in recruiting, especially conducting interviews
•Organizational skills, team spirit, and enjoyment of complex tasks
•Analytical skills to evaluate recruiting activities and derive suitable talent acquisition strategies
•Strong communication skills, service orientation, and a confident, professional manner
•Very good German and English, both written and spoken
