Responsibilities:
•Drive alignment of cross-functional goals by ensuring clear ownership, unblocking dependencies, and keeping the leadership team informed of risks
•Implement AI tools to automate project tracking and optimize reporting
•Lead high-stakes, cross-functional projects in Mobility by building high-performing project squads and managing senior stakeholder relationships
•Design, optimize, and own the operational cadence for the Ride-Hailing division, including scope, frequency, and agenda, and ensure alignment with corporate cross-functions such as Legal, Government Relations, and Finance
•Facilitate leadership meetings, from strategic agenda-setting and pre-read preparation to execution and accountability for follow-up actions
•Establish and manage a framework for tracking key initiatives, monitoring milestones, and escalating bottlenecks before they affect delivery
Requirements:
•5+ years of experience in project management, PMO, or business operations within a fast-paced tech company
•Exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence diverse, cross-functional, multicultural teams across multiple time zones
•Strong operational rigor, including experience running high-density meetings, driving consensus among senior leaders, and translating complex discussions into structured action items
•Advanced proficiency with AI and automation tools for project management and reporting
•Fluent in English
Nice to have:
•Direct experience in Ride-Hailing, Delivery, or a dynamic Tech company, particularly in multi-market or regional operations
•French or Spanish
