Responsibilities
•Lead AI projects from initiation through delivery and transition to service
•Act as Project Manager and Scrum Master for AI initiatives
•Provide technical leadership and guide architecture, design, and solution consistency decisions
•Coordinate multidisciplinary AI, backend, frontend, RPA, QA, and security teams
•Ensure contractual milestones, SLAs, and quality requirements are met
•Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders
•Identify and manage project risks, including AI-specific risks
•Support critical incident management, including availability outside working hours when necessary
Requirements
•At least 8 years of project management experience, including at least 3 years on AI projects
•Demonstrated experience leading technical teams and managing solution delivery
•Practical experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies
•Solid knowledge of AI-based solutions and automation projects
•Able to act as a technical reference without working as a full-time developer
