•Liaise with the inDrive PR team on joint tasks.
•Define briefs and quality-control external outputs for tone and messaging consistency.
•Manage student contributors who help produce content. Assign tasks, review outputs, and maintain quality standards.
•Track content performance using analytics tools (Looker Studio, native platform analytics, or equivalent). Analyze engagement data, identify high-performing formats, and adjust content strategy accordingly.
Requirements
•Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Digital Media, or a related field.
•2–4 years of experience in social media management, content marketing, or digital communications.
•Expertise in social media platforms (Instagram, Telegram, TikTok, YouTube); content planning and editorial calendar management.
•Basic design skills (Figma, Canva); experience briefing and coordinating video production.
•Familiarity with analytics tools (Looker Studio, Google Analytics, or native platform insights).
•Copywriting and storytelling skills in Russian and English.
•Familiarity with funnel building, UGC strategies, and news hooks; media bank and asset management experience.
•Strong editorial judgment and ability to work with complex information.
•Ownership mentality and self-organization.
•Clear written and verbal communication in Russian and English.
