Responsibilities
•Plan customer-specific projects and rollouts, including installation plans
•Manage project status reporting
•Administer and create databases
•Coordinate with the implementation coordination group
•Prepare customer engineers
•Host customer meetings and calls
•Maintain action and risk logs
•Manage billing and invoicing, including reporting
•Ensure service readiness in relevant countries
•Manage escalations
•Define and implement processes
•Use project management tools
•Prepare financial reporting and forecasts
•Assume leadership of the project team and accountability for customer commitments after contract sign-off; sometimes work under an assigned NCRA project manager
Requirements
•High proficiency with Quickbase/UniTS
•High proficiency with MS applications: XL, PPT, Word
•5+ Years of industry experience
•Experience interacting directly with customers and suppliers
•Excellent written and spoken English
•Project Management experience
Nice to have
•An additional European language such as German or French
•Official Project Management certification
•Networking technical knowledge (Cisco, etc.)
