Responsibilities
•Turn product capabilities into solutions that win enterprise deals in the Belgian market
•Assess coverage requests and decide whether to build a new capability, handle an exception through Operations, or find another solution
•Analyze client needs and evaluate technical, operational, member-experience, and product-coherence implications
•Protect the core product from unnecessary complexity and near-duplicate guarantees
•Coordinate delivery with Market team engineers and involve Capability teams when needed
•Document assessments and develop an AI agent to handle routine decisions, reviewing and improving its outputs
•Expand into other product areas, unblock deals, and identify market growth opportunities with the Pre-Sales team
Requirements
•At least 5 years of experience in a product-related role, such as Product Manager, Product Ops, Solutions Engineer/Architect, or Founder
•A genuine interest in how technical, operational, and business systems work
•Experience working with senior stakeholders and maintaining trust while defending reasoned decisions under commercial pressure
•Structured, fact-based decision-making and clear written communication
•A track record of delivering across teams and meeting deadlines
•Curiosity about AI and hands-on experience using it to automate work
•Fluent in English and French or Dutch
